Shredded chicken, 4 to 8 cups
Cream of chicken soup, 1 - 2 cans depending on amount of chicken
Chicken broth
English muffins
Toppings: cheese, chile, olives, etc.

Directions:
Directions:
Put shredded chicken in bowl and depending on the amount, pour in 1 or 2 cans of cream of chicken soup. Add a little broth, if necessary. Open English muffins and spread out halves on a baking sheet. Top each half with a spoonful of chicken. Top with cheese, chile, etc. Bake in 350º oven until lightly browned, about 20 minutes.
