Directions:
Wash head of iceberg lettuce. Carefully peel off whole leaves and pat dry. Chill.

Brown turkey in a little sesame oil and a little hot chili oil. Add light soy sauce, pepper, garlic to taste. Add 1/2 package stir fry seasoning and 2 tbs teriyaki sauce. Mix well. After browning mixture about half way, add chopped green onions and half bag of cole slaw mix. Finish browning.

When turkey mixture is done and good and hot you just put some in the lettuce leaf, wrap it up and enjoy. The hot mixture with the crisp cold lettuce is a wonderful combination!

Personal Notes:
This is a great appetizer or meal!!!! I like to serve it with hot mustard sauce and/or sweet and sour sauce. Great to make for a party because the recipe makes lots! Competes with PF Changs Lettuce Wraps!
