1) Mix 2 boxes lemon Jell-O and 2 cups boiling water. Cool.
2) Add 2 cups Seven Up or Teem. Cool.
3) Add 1 No. 2 can (20 oz. can) crushed pineapple, drained (save juice for the sauce). Add 3 diced bananas and 2 cups miniature marshmallows. Cool until firm.
4) Combine 2 tbsp. corn starch, 1/2 cup sugar, 1 egg, and 1 cup pineapple juice in a sauce pan. Cook until thick; cool. Fold in 1 container Cool Whip and spread on top of gelatin mixture.

I found this recipe in Mom's handwriting. The recipe calls for Teem and I don't know if that's even available nowadays. I remember eating this often for holidays and family gatherings.
