3 tablespoons lemon juice (1 large lemon)
chopped garlic in a jar -about 1 tablespoon
3 cups chicken broth -look in soup section
5 tablespoons butter, cut into 5 pieces
1 lb. orzo - found in a box in pasta section
1/2 cup grated Parmigiano cheese
1/4 cup chopped flat-leaf parsley

Directions:

1. Combine lemon juice, garlic, and large pinch of salt in small bowl and set aside.
2. Bring large pot of salted water to a boil over high heat.
3. Meanwhile, put chicken broth in a medium pan and bring to a boil. Boil on medium for 20 minutes, then reduce heat to low. Add the lemon/garlic mixture and whisk (or stir briskly) in the butter, one piece at a time. Keep warm.
4. Cook orzo in the boiling water until barely al dente, about 8 minutes. Drain and toss immediately with broth mixture. Add the Parmigiano and parsley. Season to taste with salt and pepper and toss well. Serve immediately, sprinkled with extra Parmigiano.
