2 cans drained blackeyed peas
1 can drained shoepeg corn
1 can chopped jalapeņo peppers
1 bunch green onions
3 medium chopped tomatoes or 1 large can diced tomatoes (drained)
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 cloves garlic
2 tablespoons dried parsley
cilantro to taste (optional)
green pepper (optional)
avocado
8 ounces Viva Italian dressing

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together and chill.

Serve with Doritoes Scoops.
