8 oz linguine
2 cans quartered artichoke hearts
2 c cooked chicken ( cut in bite size pieces)
1 to 1 1/3 cups Hidden Valley Rance Dressing (Light)
Grated Parmesan or Romano cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook linguine. While linguine is cooking, place cut up chicken, artichoke hearts & 1 tsp minced garlic in a skillet, toss well and heat. After linguine is cooked, drain and add to skillet and mix well. Add enough Hidden Valley Ranch dressing to coat and continue to heat thoroughly again. Sprinkle with cheese before serving.

This is so quick and easy. I make it with leftover chicken or have even used rotisserie chicken. Even the little ones like this!
