1 eye round roast
water
flour
salt to taste (Jane's Crazy Salt is the best.)
beef bullion (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Bake a 1/2 hour per pound in a 350 º oven. To make the gravy add a little water to the meat juices. In a seperate bowl, mix a little flour with water, dissolve all lumps and add mixutre to the meat juices. Salt to taste (Jane's Crazy Salt is best). If it is too thick add water.
