Crust

8 Digestive Biscuits
2 Tablespoons melted butter

Filling:
500g cream cheese
Two thirds cup sugar
1 Tablespoon cornflour
2 eggs
1 small natural yoghurt
juice of Half lemon
Quarter teaspoon vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Crush biscuits in food processor
Add melted butter and mix
Press into bottom of 9'' spring form pan and chill

Beat cheese, sugar and cornflour until smooth
Beat in eggs
Add yoghurt, lemon juice and vanilla
Pour into chilled pan
Bake at 160 for 25 - 30 mins
