4 - 5 Sheets gelatine (1 Tablespoon granules)
Quarter cup water
Half cup mayonnaise
1 Tablespoon lemon juice
1 Teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Half a grated onion
Half cup thick cream
2x 213g tins salmon
paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Soak gelatine in water and dissolve in heated liquid from tinned salmon. Do not allow to boil.
Place the salmon, mayonnaise, lemon juice, paprika, W.sauce and onion in a food processor and blend until smooth.
Add the cooled gelatine mix and give it a whirl.
Beat the cream until stiff and fold into salmon mix.
Pour into fish mould or equivalent and chill in fridge.
Serve with melba toast
