boiled and mashed potatoes
white flour

Directions:
Directions:
1. Clean and cut up about 5 medium sized potatoes
2. Boil them until tender.
3. Mash them up.
4. Now add about 3 cups of white flour to the potatoes.
5. Form egg-like-shaped dumplings
(When forming these---squeeze them tightly so that they are firmly shaped.)
6. This will make about 15 dumplings.
7. Place the dumplings into boiling water---if you do not use boiling water--they will come apart and it will be a yucky mess.
8. When done, serve with pork chops, gravy and sauerkraut.
(Serve with a SALLY and invite your dad.)
