12 center cut chops (we like them about 3/4 inch thick)
2 packages of pork gravy mix
1 package of au jus mix
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon garlic (crushed)
1 tablespoon vinegar (or use some of the sauerkraut juice)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Fry pork chops until crusty-like at high heat
2. Save drippings to mix with other gravies
3. Mix up other ingredients--heat them before adding them
to the fried chops and then pour over chops.
(Suggested flavoring depends upon individual taste
buds)
4. Place in oven uncovered and bake for about 1 hour at 300
