4 pheasant breasts, boned, split
1 pkg sliced smoked ham
16 slices of bacon
1 can crm of mushroom soup
1 sm carton - sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Wash pheasant breasts - pat dry. Wrap 1 slice ham around each. Wrap 2 slices bacon around ham. Place in casserole dish. Pour mixture of soup and sour cream over top.

Bake covered @ 350º - 1 3/4 hrs or until tender.
