Apples, ground coarsely
raisins
anise seeds
splenda (or sugar)
apple cider vinegar
balsamic vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all together in proportions according to your taste. Then put it up in jars for a few months to steep. Try this taste sensation as a relish (like you would cranberry sauce). It is also excellent on vanilla ice cream.
