20 cups flour (5 lbs)
2 tsp salt
3 lb can of vegetable shortening or 3 lbs lard
2 1/2 cups water
1/2 cup white vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour and salt in large container. Cut shortening into mixture. Combine water and vinegar and add all at once to flour mixture; mix well. Divide dough into 20 oblong logs or flat patties. Wrap in plastic wrap and freeze what you don't use right away. Use within 12 months. To use frozen dough, remove from freezer and thaw in refrigerator for several hours or at room temperature for about 1 hour. One log or pattie will roll out to a single crust for an 8 or 9 inch pie.
