1 box small shell Macaroni
1 bunch green onion, thinly sliced
1 jar green Spanish salad olives, drained
1/4 c pickle relish
3 hard boiled eggs, peeled and chopped
3 tbsp.. red wine vinegar
mayonnaise, at least 1 cup
salt and pepper, to taste
1 tsp.. sugar

Directions:

Cook shell macaroni as directed on package, drain and rinse. Put macaroni back into pan and add cold water and ice cubes to chill. Let sit till ice melts. Drain well.
Pour macaroni into serving bowl and sprinkle with wine vinegar then stir. Let sit while preparing remaining ingredients.
Mix mayonnaise and remaining ingredients pour over macaroni and stir.
Place in refrigerator and chill.

This was my mother Betsy Jones recipe which I have changed a little but always loved the green olives in the salad.
