7 oz can Herdez Salsa Casera
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup cottage cheese
1 cup or so of grated cheese
6 eggs

Spray pie pan with Pam

Drain liquid from salsa.

Put salsa on bottom of pie pan and put cheese on top of salsa.

Blend the eggs, sour cream and cottage cheese with a whisk. Pour on top of the cheese and bake at 350º for 45 minutes
