8 slices bacon, cut up
4 c. peeled & cubed potatoes
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 3/4 c. milk
1 c. onion, chopped
1 c. water
1 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Fry bacon until crisp. Remove bacon and cook onion in the bacon grease, place on a paper towel to soak up excess grease. In a large sauce pan place the potatoes and water, cooking until just tender. Once potatoes are cooked, add the rest of the ingredients. Let simmer but don't boil the milk.
