1 Broiler/Fryer Chicken cut up
1/3 cup flour
½ tsp. seasoned salt
½ tsp. celery seed
¼ cup cooking oil
2/3 cup chopped onion
1 can (16 oz.) tomatoes
1 can (2 oz.) tomato sauce
2 tsp. caraway seed
1 1/3 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
4 cups shredded cabbage
1 cup shredded mozzarella

Directions:
Directions:
In plastic bag, mix together first three ingredients. Add chicken a few pieces at a time, shaking to coat.

In fry pan, place oil and heat to medium temperature. Add chicken and cook, turning, about 10 minutes or until all sides brown. Remove from fry pan and place in shallow baking dish. In same fry pan place onion and cook over medium heat about 3 minutes or until tender. Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, caraway, salt and sugar. Heat to boiling. Add cabbage. Mix. Spoon over chicken. Put some under chicken. Cover with foil. Cook at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until chicken is tender. Remove foil. Sprinkle with cheese. Cook 1-3 minutes more.
