1 lb. ground hot sausage
2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 cup Minute Maid instant rice

Directions:
Brown sausage and drain. Mix together all ingredients. Combine well and pour into a greased baking dish..

Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes.

When I prepare this dish I cook it in the microwave about 4 minutes before I place it in the oven. This shortens the cooking time a little.
