1 1/3 cup sugar
1 1/2 cup light brown sugar
2 sticks butter (softened)
2 eggs
1 tbsp. vanilla
3 cup quick cook oatmeal
1 1/2 cup flour
1 tbsp. baking soda

chocolate chips, butterscotch chips or cinnamon and raisins (your choice!)

Directions:

preheat oven to 375º

cream together:
sugar
brown sugar
butter

add:
eggs
vanilla

In separate bowl combine:
oatmeal
flour
baking soda

add to sugar mixture

add chips, raisins, etc.

Bake for about 8 minutes.
