2 (16oz) packages of frozen chopped broccoli
2 cans of cheddar cheese soup
2 cans fat free evaporated milk
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/2 tsp salt or seasoned salt
1/4 tsp pepper

mix all ingredients together in the crock pot. Cook on low for 5-6 hours.
