3 cups mashed sweet potatoes (canned)
1/3 cup butter melted
1 teaspoon vanilla
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup milk
2 eggs, beaten

Topping:

1 cup chopped nuts
1/3 cup flour
1 cup light brown sugar
1/3 cup butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 6 ingredients together and pour in a greased baking dish.
Mix together the first 3 topping ingredients and sprinkle over potatoes in baking dish. Melt butter and drizzle over topping.

Bake at 375º approx. 35 minutes.

This is a recipe that I got from Don Walters mother. I always thought you had to make sweet potato casserole from fresh baked sweet potatoes until I got this recipe. It is now my favorite.
