Garlic – minced
Olive oil
Green beans – washed and snapped
Tomatoes – peeled, seeded, chopped (fresh or canned)
Tabasco sauce
Louisiana hot sauce
Salt and pepper

Directions:
Sauté onions and garlic in olive oil until clear. Add remaining ingredients, stir and simmer for about 45 minutes to an hour. This freezes well and makes a tasty meal over kasha or rice.
