Enough bread to cover bottom of 9” x 13” pan
20 oz. Bob Evans sausage links
½ lb shredded Swiss cheese
½ lb shredded American cheese
6 eggs
2 cups milk

Directions:
Directions:
Butter crustless bread (white or wheat) to line bottom of 9” x 13” pan (butter side down). Place sausage links on bread. Sprinkle cheese on top of sausage.

Combine eggs and milk. Pour over cheese. Cover with foil.

Refrigerate 24 hours before baking.

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes (covered).

Remove foil and bake additional 15 minutes.

Also great with sharp cheddar cheese in place of Swiss. Halves nicely to 9” square pan.
