Dough:
2 ½ cups flour
½ cup wheat germ
1 tablespoon sugar
1 pkg yeast
1 ¼ cups water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ½ cup warm water, pinch of sugar and yeast, let foam. Mix flour, salt and 1 tablespoon sugar with rest of water (3/4 cup). Rise 10 minutes. Kneed 5 minutes. Roll and top as desired.

For pizza: Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes.

For Stromboli:
Roll dough into large rectangle. Place toppings in center, leaving 1-2” border. Fold long sides over/overlapping dough. Fold ends up. Place with seam side down on cookie sheet and bake.

Bake at 350-375 degrees for 25 minutes.

If desired, top with additional sauce and parmesan cheese before serving.

Suggested toppings: spaghetti sauce, mushrooms, spinach, zucchini, ham, pastrami, provolone, cheddar, mozzarella.
