4 lb Eye of Round Roast – trim all fat

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle heavily with tenderizer
Sit at room temperature for 2 hours
Cut 6 slits with knife
3-4 cloves of garlic - place in slits
Roll in 2 teaspoons rosemary
Sprinkle with salt and pepper
Bake at 350 degrees, 45 minutes

Remove, seal in foil, refrigerate overnight
