1 c flour
1/2 c pecans, chopped
1 stick butter
2 pkgs (6 oz each) cream cheese
1 c powdered sugar
2-3 c cool whip
2 pkgs chocolate pudding
3 c milk
Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350º.
2. Mix together flour, nuts and butter. Spread in bottom of 13x9 pan and bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
3. While crust is baking, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar and 1 c of the cool whip together. Spread on cooled crust.
4. Next, beat chocolate pudding and 3 cups milk (or as per package directions) until creamy. Pour on top of cream cheese mixture.
5. Spread remaining cool whip on top of pudding, sprinkle nuts on top and chill until ready to serve.
