1 lb Bow Tie Pasta
4 cups broccolo, trimmed to florets
1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
1 cup chopped mushrooms
4 T butter
3 chopped garlic cloves
5 diced anchovy fillets
1/4 teasp red pepper flakes
1/4-1/2 C fresh chopped parsley
1/2 teasp salt
1/2 teasp pepper
1/2 cup grated Parmesan

Directions:
Directions:
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil over a high heat. Add the pasta and cook, stirring occasionally. After 5 minutes, add the broccoli to the pasta and stir and cook for another 4 minutes. Drain pasta and broccoli, reserving 1 cup of the pasta water.

Meanwhile in a large skillet, heat the olive oil and butter over a medium heat. Add the garlic, mushrooms, anchovies, and red pepper flakes - cook for 5 minutes. Add the broccoli, pasta, parsley, salt and pepper and toss. Add some of the reserved pasta water, if necessary, to make a light sauce. Transfer to serving platter and sprinkle with Parmesan.

No one will know that you have anchovy's in this dish, so do not omit them! Adds great flavor.
