3/4 cup cornmeal
3/4 tsp salt
1 cup flour
1/2 cup sugar
5 tsp baking powder
1 cup milk
1 egg
2 tbsp oil

Directions:

Mix and sift dry ingredients.

Add milk, eggs and oil and pour into an 8x8 greased pan.

Bake for 20 minutes at 425
