1/2 lb ginger root (fresh)
1 cinnamon stick (canela en rama)
1 8oz can Coco Lopez coconut cream
2 8oz can condensed milk
1 8 oz can magnolia cream
1 quart rum (your choice)

Directions:
Directions:
Boil 68 oz water with the ginger and cinnamon stick for 45 minutes
let cool overnight in fridge

The next day:
blend Coco Lopez, milks and cream in blender for a few pulses
then combine all (minus rum) in large pot and stir then gradually add rum to taste

if want sweeter add brown sugar

Bottle up and Enjoy!
