12 ounces cream cheese
2 cups butter
4 cups flour
1 – 14 oz package individually wrapped caramels
½ cup evaporated milk

Directions:
Directions:
Using dough hooks beat cream cheese and butter. Add flour.

Chill.

Form dough into 96 balls. Tamp into tassie pans.
Dough puffs as it bakes.

Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool in pans slightly.
Carefully remove from pan (they break easily).

Melt caramels with the evaporated milk in microwave on medium high heat. Stir throughout as they melt.

Spoon caramel into cooled cups. After caramel sets top with melted chocolate caps.
