28 oz. size jar Jiff Peanut Butter
1 cup Land of Lakes Butter
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 lb. powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Use beaters and cream peanut butter, butter and vanilla.
Slowly add powdered sugar. Mix well. (It takes awhile)

Form into 1 inch balls.

Melt in double boiler:
12 oz. chocolate chips
4 tablespoons Crisco

Cool slightly for thick coating.

Dip balls in chocolate and place on wax paper.
