4 eggs
1 cup sugar
7/8 cup oil (mazola)
2 cups flour
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp anise flavor
6x9 pans
Directions:
Directions:
mix eggs & sugar together
add oil and anise and mix well
slowly add flour and baking powder
pour into pans
bake @ 350º F for 30 minutes
remove from oven slice and re bake for 5-10 minutes
