"I have long believed that good food, good eating is all about risk. Whether we're talking about unpasteurized Stilton, raw oysters or working for organized crime 'associates,' food, for me, has always been an adventure."--Anthony Bourdain

Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 pack of chicken gizzards
1/2 chicken breasts
2 boneless pork chops
2 hot dogs
(no this recipe is NOT a joke I promise!)
2 packs of sliced sandwich bread
1 1/2 cups of sugar
Goya adobo
1/2 chicken bouillon cube from Goya

Directions:
Directions:
Cut up the chicken gizzards very small and place them in a large pot with Goya adobo seasoning and chicken bouillon cube with 2 cups of water stirred in.
Cook for an hour to hour and a half making sure that the gizzards are tender.
While cooking the gizzards, cut up pork chops, chicken breast, and hot dogs in the same way and add to pot, cooking for half hour, also making sure it is cooked very tender.
Now the fun part, take the slices of bread and "mush" them all up, adding a little bit of water each time but careful that it does not soften completely-must still maintain a "dough-like" consistency.
Then add the bread mixture to pot with meats and stir in completely along with 1 1/2 cups of sugar, then cover with lid and, cook for 30 minutes at medium heat.
You may take some of the stuffing to put in the turkey and whatever is left over, put in a baking dish, cover with aluminum foil and place in oven for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
When finished, remove foil and let sit for 5 minutes or so to cool.
Serve and enjoy!

Personal Notes:
This recipe is from my Cousin Linette, she grew up having this every year at Thanksgiving (her Mom/my Tia would make this). It is very sweet, not your typical turkey stuffing.
Thanks Cuz :)
