4 lbs country style spareribs
1 cup pineapple tidbits
1/4 cup vinegar
1/2 cup sherry
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup honey
1 cup water
1 tbl cornstarch

Directions:
Directions:
Oven temp start 425º F
Place ribs on a rack in a shallow roasting pan and roast in oven for 40 minutes to 1 hour
Then drain off fat and remove rack
Meanwhile combing all remaining ingredients into saucepan and heat to boiling point stirring constantly
pour half the sauce over spareribs continue roasting at 325º F until meat is tender.
Baste occasionally with remaining sauce and serve on platter

This recipe is from Mom Chinea, she had made it a few times and she got it from the NY Sunday News from January 21, 1968. She still had the newspaper cut out in 2009! (now I have the cut-out and you have the recipe)
