Crust:
20 graham crackers, rolled into fine crumbs
1/2 cup butter, melted
1/4 cup sugar
Work butter and sugar into cracker crumbs. Press mixture into bottom of 9 inch square pan. Bake at 350º
for 5 minutes. Let cool.

Filling:
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
Drop of almond flavoring (if desired)
Beat cream cheese until fluffy, using electric mixer. Beat in sugar and eggs until smooth. Add vanilla and almond flavoring. Pour into crust and bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. Cool 10 minutes on cake rack, away from drafts.

Topping:
1 1/2 cups ( 12 oz.) sour cream
1 c. sugar
1 tsp.vanilla
Mix, spoon over cheesecake gently. Top with sliced almonds and sprinkle with cinnamon.Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Chill 12 to 24 hours. Cut into squares and serve.
