Ingredients:  
2 cucumbers peeled & sliced
5-6 plum tomatoes sliced into wedges
1/2 red onion sliced
2 red bell peppers chopped
2 green bell peppers chopped
calamata olives pitted
1-2 cloves garlic minced
5-6 basil leaves chopped
3-4 sprigs of fresh oregano chopped
2 Tbl. parsley chopped
1/2 cup olive oil
3/4 cup balsamic vinegar (I mix white & traditional)
1/8 cup lemon juice freshly squeezed
1/2 tsp. lemon zest chopped fine
salt & pepper
feta cheese cubed

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all solid ingredients together except for the cheese in a large bowl.
In separate bowl whisk oil, vinegar, lemon juice, zest, salt & pepper.
Add dressing to other mixture let sit for about 30 minutes to let all flavors soak in.
Serve in bowls and top with feta

One day I didn't have lettuce but had all the other stuff. So I mixed it up, and years later found out what it is called.
