1 deep dish frozen pie crust
1/2 lb ham cubed
1/2 lb Swiss cheese shredded
1 medium yellow onion (chopped)
1 red bell pepper (chopped)
3 cloves garlic (chopped finely)
6 eggs
1 tsp salt & pepper
1 tbl oil (for saute)

Directions:
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 350º F
Saute garlic, pepper and onions until lightly browned
Add ham for last minute or two to heat through
Remove from heat and set aside (until room temperature)
Beat eggs and add all cooled ingredients and cheese Stir and pour into pie crust
Cook for 35-45 minutes (toothpick test)
Let cool before slicing & serving
