1 (2 lb.) pkg. frozen hash browns
1 stick melted margarine
Salt and pepper to taste
1 pt. sour cream (16 oz.)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. chopped onions
2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
2 c. crushed corn flake crumbs
1 stick melted margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Thaw the hash browns in a greased 9x13 pan. Pour one
stick melted margarine over this and season with salt and pepper. Mix together the sour cream, chicken soup, onions, and cheese. Pour over top. Top with corn flake crumbs and 1 stick margarine, mixed lightly. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.

Serves 12 to 15.
