2 cups brown sugar
2 sticks butter
1/2 c. white corn syrup
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
12 qt. popped corn

Directions:
Directions:
Mix brown sugar, butter, corn syrup and salt in large saucepan. Cook over medium heat stirring constantly until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat and add baking soda. This will foam so be sure you use a large saucepan. Pour over popcorn and stir to mix. Bake on cookie sheet at 350º for 1 hour stirring every 15 minutes. Allow to cool and store in airtight container.
