1 1/2 c. flour
2 T. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. oil
2 T. milk

Apple Filling:
9 c. apples, cored, peeled and sliced ( mix of granny smith and golden delicious)
2/3 c. light brown sugar, packed
2 T. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg

Crumb Topping:
3/4 c. flour
1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
1/3 c. soft butter

Directions:
Directions:
In mixing bowl combine flour, sugar, salt. In separate bowl mix together oil and milk; add to flour mixture. Mix thoroughly and press with fingers into 9-inch pie plate. Core, peel and slice apples. Add remaining Pie Filling ingredients and blend well. Pour apple mixture into shell. Mix together Crumb Topping ingredients and add to top of pie. Bake at 400º F for 60 -70 minutes. You may need to add foil halfway through to prevent burning top.
