Salad:
I Head shredded cabbage
1/4 head shredded red cabbage
2 shredded/grated carrots
1 cup toasted sliced almonds
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
4-5 chopped green onions
1 pkg Top Ramen chicken flavor noodles broken up (save the seasoning packet for the dressing)
3-4 chopped cooked chicken breasts (can use canned chicken)

Dressing:
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
3 Tbls rice vinegar
2 Tbls sugar
Top Ramen seasoning packet

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cabbage, carrots, almonds, green onions, sunflower seeds, chicken, and noodles in large bowl.

Mix dressing ingredients together and pour over salad.
