2 lbs beef brisket
2 c beef broth
1/2 c red wine vinegar
1/4 c firmly packed brown sugar
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 c onions, chopped
1/4 c dijon-style mustard
1/4 c soy sauce

Directions:
Directions:
1. Place brisket in 9x13 (3 quart) glass baking dish or large resealable plastic bag.
2. In medium bowl, combine all remaining ingredients, mixing well. Pour over brisket, turning to coat. Cover dish or seal bag and refrigerate 8 hours or overnight.
3. Preheat oven to 325º.
4. Drain half of marinade from pan, reserving approximately 1 3/4 cups. Cover and bake for 4 hours or until tender.
