4 slices bacon
4 medium onions, chopped
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 1/2 lb hamburger
1 c Parmesan cheese
1 can beer
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp Tabasco sauce
2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp parsley flakes
1 1/2 tsp oregano
1 tsp basil
1 can (1 lb 14 oz) tomato puree
1 can (6 oz) sliced mushrooms
1 lb noodles

Directions:
Directions:
1. Brown bacon in saucepan, remove but keep grease to saute onions and garlic until tender.
2. Add hamburger and cook until brown. Add at low heat the cheese and cook slowly for 10 minutes.
3. Stir in beer and simmer for 10 minutes. Then add salt, Tabasco, Worcestershire, parsley, oregano and basil. Once combined, add tomato puree and mushrooms and simmer for 10 minutes.
4. Cook pasta according to package directions and serve.
