2 pounds Salmon fillet
6 cloves minced garlic
3 tsp. dried basil
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. black pepper
1 Tbsp dried parsley
3 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
3 Tbsp lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Spray a 9 x 13 pan with cooking spray & put the salmon fillet in, tucking the smaller, thinner end under if necessary to make it fit. Sprinkle garlic, basil, salt, pepper, and parsley over the top and then drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice. Or, just throw the seasonings, oil, and lemon juice together in a container, shake it up, and pour over the fish. Cover the pan with aluminum foil and bake @ 375°F for about 35 minutes or until it flakes easily with a fork.
