6Lbs of Ground Beef season and cook before putting in the chili

6Lbs of Top Sirloin diced into small pieces seasoned and cooked

8-10 Onions chopped throw directly in (depending on size)

8-10 Bell Peppers chopped

1 Bunch of Cilantro Chopped

10Lb can of tomato sauce

8lbs of pinto beans

2lbs of pinto beans with jalapeno (they sell this style in the store)

2 tablespoons of chopped oregano

1/4 cup of salt

1/4 cup of whole Cumin

3/4 cup of chopped garlic

1/4 cup of chili powder

Directions:
This is a huge recipe, you can quarter or half it if you like. I chop everything and mix it all together, put it on low heat then cook the meat and toss it in and let it simmer uncovered for hours.

If you don’t want to bother with the chopped meat just do more ground beef.
