4 to 5 Chicken breasts or 8 to 9 frozen chicken tenderloins (boneless, skinless)

1 Lg 28 oz. can Las Palmas Green Chili Enchilada Sauce (Med)

Shredded Jack Cheese

1 pkg. white corn tortillas

2 baking pans

Directions:
Directions:
+Boil chicken, then place on cutting board to cool, then shred.

+fry the tortillas very quickly in oil, do not allow the tortillas to harden, flip the tortilla once and that should be enough.
Stack them on a plate (usually about 16 will fit in one large pan)

+dip each tortilla into the sauce (you don't have to cook the sauce, just make sure you stir it)

+ place in baking pan, add chicken and cheese, then roll

When finished put more sauce on top and more cheese

Cook for about 20 minutes @ 350
