2 cups granulated sugar
2 cups white corn syrup
1/2 cup of butter
2 cups evaporated milk

Directions:
Directions:
Cook sugar in syrup until thick and yellow. Add butter slowly so boiling is continued. Add milk slowly. Cook until a little of mixture will form a ball in cold water (244º-248º). Pour into a buttered pan.
