2 c. diced chicken, cooked
1 c. diced celery (may microwave 3 min.)
1 c. minute rice
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. chopped onion
3/4 c. mayonnaise

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and put in greased casserole. Prepare the night before to allow flavors to mingle. Sprinkle with crushed potato chips. Bake 300 for 1 hour.
