1/2 chopped onion
2 cloves diced garlic
2 stalks chopped celery with leaves
large can diced tomatoes with juice
15 oz can garbanzo beans with liquid
15 oz can white kidney beans with liquid
salt, pepper, Italian seasoning
Penne Pasta

Directions:
Directions:
Saute 1/2 of a chopped onion and a few cloves of diced garlic in olive oil for 3-5 minutes

Add two stalks of chopped celery, including the leaves. If you like, green pepper can be added also. Saute until tender.

In the same large pot add one large can of diced tomatoes, one can of garbanzo beans and one can of white kidney beans with the liquid in the cans. Season with salt, pepper and some Italian spices.

Add a box of Penne pasta to mixture and perhaps a little more water. Simmer until the pasta is cooked to your liking. If it seems too dry, add some more water to the simmering mixture.
